Who is responsible for your information?
Spencer Rayner is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. If you have a privacy question or want to exercise your rights, please use the contact form.
Seats & Beyond quote enquiries
If you ask for a Seats & Beyond quote through my contact form, I use the details you provide to understand your requirements and manage the referral. I may share your name, business, contact details and relevant product and delivery requirements with SAB (East Anglia) Ltd, trading as Seats & Beyond, so its team can prepare a quote and handle a possible order. The supplier will contact you about the quote and apply its own privacy notice to information it receives. This enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Contact enquiries
When you submit the contact form, the website collects your full name, email address, telephone number and the message you provide. This information is used only to review your enquiry, contact you and manage any resulting conversation or business relationship. It is not added to a marketing mailing list.
This use is based on taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, where relevant, and Spencer's legitimate interest in responding to and managing genuine enquiries.
Storage, sharing and retention
New enquiry details are stored in the website's enquiry system or Tekmatix for embedded forms, and are accessible only for responding to and managing enquiries. Service providers involved in hosting and operating the website may process information on Spencer's behalf. Seats & Beyond quote enquiries may be shared with that supplier as described above. Information is not sold.
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet any legal or record-keeping obligations. It is reviewed and deleted when it is no longer needed.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics and Metricool to understand visits, page performance and actions such as affiliate-button, call-to-action, telephone and email clicks. Impact affiliate tracking transforms eligible links and attributes impressions and referrals. These tracking scripts are non-essential and do not load unless you select “Accept analytics”. If you reject analytics, the scripts remain off.
No cookie pop-up opens automatically. Optional tracking stays off for new visitors; use Cookie settings if you want to opt in.
The site stores your cookie choice on your device so it can remember your decision. You can change your choice at any time using the button below. If you withdraw consent after accepting, the page reloads to stop further analytics tracking.
You can also read Google's privacy policy, Metricool's privacy policy and Impact's privacy policy.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time. To make a request, use the contact form. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your information is handled.
