The quick verdict

A promising option for businesses selling in several places

I would shortlist EasyStore when the main challenge is keeping an ecommerce operation organised. Bringing related tasks together could make it easier to manage a growing business. Whether it is good value depends on your channels, location and the features you actually need.

Starting an online shop is one thing. Keeping products, orders and customer conversations organised as it grows is another. EasyStore positions itself around a unified customer experience, connecting online selling, retail and marketing within one platform.

What is EasyStore, and can it build your online shop?

EasyStore is an ecommerce platform for creating a branded online store and managing the business behind it. Its online store tools include templates, a drag-and-drop editor and a code editor for more customised design. It also promotes a mobile-friendly catalogue, SEO support and payment and delivery options.

That gives a new seller a starting point without commissioning every page from scratch. My advice would be to build a small, clear catalogue first: useful photographs, accurate descriptions, delivery information and a straightforward path to checkout matter more than a complicated design.

Sell across multiple channels

The sales-channel offering covers marketplaces, social selling, chat, Google and your own website. EasyStore describes bringing marketplace orders into a shared order list and synchronising products and orders. Available channels depend on your country.

For example, a business taking orders through its website and a supported marketplace could benefit from a more central routine. That is a practical reason to investigate it: fewer separate places to check may mean less administrative work. I would still test stock updates and returns before relying on any integration.

Built-in customer loyalty and engagement

EasyStore's loyalty tools include membership tiers, points, rewards and customer account information. Merchants can set earning and redemption rules, and automate messages around events such as birthdays or expiring points. The loyalty page says marketplace orders do not earn points.

I see potential here for shops selling products people buy repeatedly. A useful reward can give customers a reason to return, but it still needs to fit your margins. Start with a simple offer and measure repeat purchasing rather than assuming a points scheme will improve sales by itself.

EasyStore pricing and transaction fees

The US pricing page displays these monthly figures, checked on 2 October 2026:

Advertised US monthly plan prices
PlanPriceMain focus
Standard$49/monthOnline selling and order management
Business$99/monthLoyalty, messaging and engagement
Growth$199/monthPOS and connected online/offline retail
Success$299/monthMore locations and scaling support

EasyStore advertises 0% platform transaction fees across these plans and unlimited products and orders. Payment-processing fees and other external costs can still apply. Channel, app, staff and location limits vary by tier. Confirm currency, billing period, taxes and regional availability on the current pricing page before subscribing.

The site offers a free-trial signup. Check the duration and billing conditions presented during registration.

Where I see the benefits and trade-offs

Potential benefits

  • Less fragmented administration: A shared system could reduce time spent reconciling separate tools.
  • Room to develop your brand: Your own storefront gives you somewhere to explain your products and build customer relationships.
  • A path towards connected retail: Businesses planning to sell online and in person can evaluate the higher plans against that goal.

Points to weigh up

  • Monthly commitment: For a very small shop, compare the subscription with realistic sales and margins.
  • Integration fit: A platform is only useful if it supports the channels and workflows you depend on.
  • Setup effort: Product data, delivery rules, customer communications and checkout still need careful configuration.
  • No independent performance test here: This review does not establish real-world speed, reliability or conversion results.

What should UK sellers check?

For a UK business, I would ask EasyStore to confirm support for your specific payment provider, GBP checkout, shipping carriers and marketplaces. Check how VAT settings, invoices and refunds fit your operation, and whether support is available when your team needs it. A global feature list alone cannot confirm suitability for your particular shop.

Use a trial to create a sample product with variants, place a test order using an available test mode, and walk through fulfilment and a refund. For a migration, check product and customer exports and how existing product URLs will be handled before moving the live store.

My verdict: is EasyStore worth considering?

Yes, if you want to bring several selling and customer-management tasks into a more coherent operation. I find the approach more compelling for a growing brand than for someone who simply wants the cheapest possible page to sell one product.

Choose it because it solves specific problems in your business. List your essential integrations, compare the complete monthly cost, and try the order workflow yourself. If those checks work well, EasyStore deserves a place on your shortlist.
